The Capston
Building the final chapter of London’s Embassy Gardens
A residence overlooking the Thames. Service to rival the world’s finest hotels. Interiors by the sought-after Bryan O’Sullivan. For Ballymore, The Capston was their most ambitious project yet – one that was clearly never meant for the traditional world of property.
‘Quality, Felt’ became our defining concept that shaped The Capston. Craftsmanship and detail were weaved into every facet: prospective residents received limited-edition art books; design materials were curated in thoughtful photography series; films documented the creation of the space’s private art collection, and captured glimpses of the people at the heart of the daily experience.
Everything was made to serve as a tangible taste of the life they could live.
The Capston is as much of an artistic statement as it is a place to live.
How do you breathe life into a space that’s yet to experience it? A Gallery created to showcase the rooms of The Capston — a first-hand experience of the exceptional.
Throughout The Capston, art makes its presence felt.
“Everything the Capston has come to represent is shaped by the idea of an inherent and invisible quality. Every element, from image to object, had to be considered in the same light. We became obsessive with the detail, ensuring we crafted every facet of the experience with both care and intent.”
