A new and exciting opportunity to join Made Thought and learn from the inside out, working with each team, Design Director and Creative Director to help tell the story of our work in a compelling, intelligent and desirable way. This role has a lot of opportunity to flex your design palette, but also learn organisational skills, team work and communication. Creatively able to embrace any challenge (large and small), technical and conceptual at every phase of a project’s delivery.


RESPONSIBILITIES

— Be responsible for the output on the Made Thought owned channels including: Instagram, LinkedIn, Website; Pinterest.

— Have the confidence and ability to work independently on internal initiatives and special projects.

— Be team oriented, supporting senior members at all stages of a project.

— Bring creative ambition, passion and curiosity to each brief and project, with an appetite and desire to work across a variety of mediums, sectors and clients.

— The ability to articulate your point of view clearly, both verbally and through written and creative methods.

— Be enthusiastic in your approach, with a desire to continually learn and grow.

— Form strong conceptual and creative viewpoints in creative forums and discussions.

— Interpret and respond to feedback in an appropriate way.

— Build strong working relationships with the wider Studio.

— Have the ability to clearly and articulately demonstrate creative intent.

— Proactively push, challenge, and question all creative opportunities.


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

— Self-motivated, staying positive under pressure and, with a strong personal drive to deliver high quality work.

— Be detail orientated, with a keen eye for checking work against feedback given.

— Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively and taking ownership of delivery of work.

— Very beneficial if the candidate has a strong command of communication design, social media presence and storytelling across digital platforms.
